Our services under AMC:
Routine maintenance of all the equipment’s
Testing of sample once in month from PCB approved laboratory
Regular backwash and rinsing of Multi Grade Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, and Softener.
Regular cleaning of air filters of Air Blowers and their replacement as and when required.
To clean the equipment of dust and grime accumulated during normal operation using blower, vacuum cleaner, etc.
To undertake regular preventive maintenance of electromechanical equipment
To check electrical panel including its components and wiring for proper functioning. To clean electrical panel with air blower & vacuum cleaner regularly and tighten all electrical contacts every quarter.
To inspect the equipment and vessels for any unusual vibration, noise, heat, smell, leakage, etc. and rectification / alignment / bearing replacement / motor rewinding of the same.
To check automatic functioning of the unit by checking level controllers.
Observe the system performance, it is performing as per design or not.
Check inlet flow and outlet flow.
To attend to any other complaints and client meetings as and when called for.
Maintaining all the records like log books, test reports, history cards, etc. and to regularly appraise the client about the functioning of treatment plant
To monthly appraise the management about the functioning of treatment plant
To point out in advance about malfunctioning of any part of treatment plant
